During the last ride the officers that were
present, decided that due to the increase
in size of the club that we needed to get
together to discuss where and what the clubs
direction should take. We felt that this
would help in organizing and free up our
monthly meeting/rides to focus on just having
a good ride and good time together.
Details of the Meeting
February 27th 2000
The NEW Maryland Chapter of Vulcan Riders Association was initiated due to the coordinating efforts of Genevieve "Calendar Girl" Cooke and Mike Seidel. Mike set up the meeting location at Bowmans Restaurant in Parkville and Genevieve put the word out to as many as she could contact for the first meeting / get together. Unfortunately the weather didn't cooperate so we could not ride and show off our bikes but delicious food, good conversation, and even a little business was accomplished. A good exchange of ideas, and some decisions were talked out among the ten that was able to attend. Bryan Wilson volunteered his services as Webmaster our chapter has a Website housing a central location for information and contact for any new and existing members to keep up to date on activities.
